The Criminal Chamber of first degree in charge of terrorism cases near the annex of the Court of Appeals in Salé sentenced Thursday to prison from 3 to 6 years in prison for five accused persons in the context of two distinct cases on charges related to terrorism.
The court has sentenced to 6 , 4 and 3 years in prison closes three defendants prosecuted under respective first file after finding them guilty of the facts of “setting up a criminal gang to prepare and commit criminal acts in the context of a collective project to seriously undermine public order through intimidation, terror and violence. ”
Furthermore, the Chamber delivered verdicts ranging from 4 to 5 years in prison against two other defendants prosecuted in connection with a second case after finding them guilty of “forming a criminal band that prepare and commit criminal acts in the context of a collective project to seriously undermine public order through intimidation, terror and violence.
