Morocco King performs Friday Prayers at “Attadamoun”  Mosque in Bissau

Bissau – King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, performed the Friday prayer at the mosque “Attadamoun” in Bissau, with President of the National Assembly Guinea Bissau, Cipriano Cassama.

In his sermon, the Imam said that among the blessings the Almighty has bestowed on believers face their ability to unite and close ranks and achieve the agreement between them, adding that the holy Islamic religion, in its magnanimity and tolerance, calls the faithful to charity to our good works and devotion and recommend their evil and aggression.

Muslims must always and more than ever, compete in the well so that the Almighty grants them a dignified life. They also need to learn from this brave and authentic King, in this case His Majesty Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, which crosses the country and visits of Muslims peoples and tribes, establishing links with them, bringing them well, helping them to implement development projects and strengthening the spiritual ties with them.

The Imam referred in this context the Hadith of the Prophet, prayer and salvation on him, saying, “To him that made you a favor, respond similarly, if you do not have the means to do it, Allaah for him, “asking God to reward HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful for the visit that the Sovereign performs in Guinea-Bissau and for the blessings that this visit brings to this country. He also prayed to God to grant victory to His Majesty the King, crowned his successful actions in the service of Islam and Muslims. May he achieve understanding between Muslims and close ranks.

At the end of the sermon, the imam and the faithful implored the Almighty to perpetuate its benefits to the Muslims and to grant them mercy.

After Friday prayers, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, kindly donated to the parties responsible for the management of religious affairs in the Republic of Guinea-Bissau ten thousand copies of the Holy Koran, published by the Mohammed VI Foundation for the publishing of the Holy Quran for distribution in the mosques of Guinea-Bissau.
