Washington – the 3rd session of The Strategic Dialogue Morocco–United States to be held Thursday in Washington, is “an exceptional institutional framework” dedicated to the consolidation of strategic interests of the Rabat-Washington axis, said Peter Pham, Director of the Africa Center under the influential think tank Atlantic Council to the MAP.
“This is an exceptional institution when we know that the United States has reached a score of Strategic Dialogue internationally with countries that are considered by Washington as key partners,” said the leading expert on African issues, adding that this institutional framework is intended as a platform for the consolidation of bilateral strategic and cooperative relations enjoys a very high priority.
