Rabat – Here is the weather forecast issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology for Wednesday, October 7, 2026:

• Thunderstorms over the Atlas Mountains and surrounding areas, northern Oriental region, and southern Saharan provinces.
• Dense cloud cover with showers and a risk of thunderstorms over the northern and central plains, the Rif Mountains, the Saïss Plain, and southeastern regions.
• Partly to occasionally cloudy skies elsewhere.
• Moderate wind gusts in places over the Saharan provinces and Oriental region.
• Minimum temperatures ranging from 7 to 12°C in the Atlas Mountains, from 12 to 16°C in the eastern High Plateaus, the Rif Mountains, and the eastern slopes of the Atlas Mountains, and from 17 to 22°C elsewhere.
• Temperatures rising in the interior of the Saharan provinces and falling elsewhere.
• Sea conditions: calm to slight in the Mediterranean, the Strait of Gibraltar, and north of Mehdia; slight elsewhere.
