Moroccan Forafric Group with its Maymunah Brand Expands in Gabon

The Moroccan Forafric Group specializes in the manufacture of flour, couscous and pasta will make its debut on the Gabonese market and is planning to establish a production unit.

The Forafric Group, a leader in industrial mill in Morocco with its Maymunah brand begins its African expansion with its first location in Gabon. The Group will launch Maymunah Food – Gabon, a regional platform of distribution based in Libreville, Gabon, and to serve neighboring countries namely Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Congo and São Tomé and Príncipe, more than 30 million inhabitants, said a statement of the Group.

The regional platform Maymunah Food – Gabon is therefore responsible for managing the logistics chain that includes the import and distribution of products to customers and communication and brand management for the countries of the region. The marketing concern complementary products under the brand Maymunah: flour, semolina, couscous, pasta and rice.
