Sixteen dead and 38 injured in incidents in Egypt

Sixteen people were killed and thirty eight injured on Sunday in several localities in incidents that peppered the fourth anniversary of the revolution of 25 January 2011, announced the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population.

According to the Ministry, thirteen people were killed across the Egyptian capital while three people were killed in El Bouhaira and Alexandria.

Moreover, the Egyptian government decided on Sunday to extend three-month state of emergency in force since the end of October to the north of the Sinai Peninsula.
