Morocco King Offers Condolences to Malian President Following Bamako Attack
HM King Mohammed VI has sent a message of condolences to Malian president Ibrahim Boubacar Keita following Friday’s terrorist attack that targeted the Radisson Hotel in Bamako, expressing the kingdom’s full solidarity and continued support to Mali in the fight against terrorism.
In this message, HM the King said that He “learnt with sadness the news of the coward and abject terrorist attack, which targeted, today, the Radisson Hotel in Bamako”.
In these painful circumstances, HM the King expressed to Malian President and, through him, the bereaved families of the victims and the brotherly people of Mali, His heartfelt condolences as well as His earnest wishes of prompt recovery to the wounded.
“I would like to condemn in the strongest terms this heinous attack and express to you the full solidarity and continued support of the Kingdom of Morocco in the fight that your brother country is leading against terrorism”, the Sovereign says, expressing His conviction that “the people of Mali will continue, under your guidance, to bravely fight all terrorist actions and endeavor with determination to consolidate peace and stability”.
