The Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) won local elections on Friday, after the counting of 81 pc of the votes, with 5,064 seats, 20.77 pc of the votes cast, followed by the Justice and Development Party ( PJD) with 4.187 seats (17.17 pc) and the Istiqlal Party (PI) with 3,924 seats (16.09 pc), said the Interior Minister, Mohamed Assad.
