To realize the revival of relations, the two leaders of France and Morocco agreed to an “intensive program of ministerial visits” to prepare a “next high-level meeting” between their governments.
This meeting must take place before the summer and will be chaired by the Prime Ministers French and Moroccan Abdelilah Benkirane and Manuel Valls, said the French president’s entourage.
They have also consolidated the agreement signed on 31 January in Paris restoring judicial and terrorism cooperation between the two countries, displaying their determination “to fight together against terrorism and to cooperate fully in the field of security.”
“The idea is to restore fast enough security cooperation, particularly in the fight against terrorism in the Sahel and Libya,” said Holland entourage.
