The Morocco condemns the terrorist attack against a hotel in Tripoli

Morocco has strongly condemned Wednesday’s terrorist attack which struck Tuesday morning, the Corinthia Hotel in the Libyan capital Tripoli, leaving many dead and wounded.

“The Kingdom of Morocco strongly condemns this ignoble aggression aimed at terrorizing innocent civilians, attacks against the security of Libya and to undermine the national dialogue process underway under the auspices of the United Nations Support Mission in this brother country, “said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in a statement.

Morocco also expressed “sympathy and total solidarity with the brotherly Libyan people at this critical stage of its history and presents its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and wished speedy recovery to the injured,” the source added.
