Morocco PAM party Opt for new development model

The Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) organized, Monday, through its two parliamentary groups an international scientific symposium under the theme “The national economy and the need for a new development model”.  

The conference organized  at  the headquarters of the House of Councilors , brings together international experts  to  discuss the “complexity of the issues raised by the development model and has eight axes of reflection on the functions and role of the State , dysfunctional of macro- economic, constraints to growth , funding and its role , infrastructure, the role of human resources , malfunctions in scientific research, the foundations and features of the new model of development .

 Mustapha Bakkoury, general secretary of the PAM, Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah, President of the House of Councillors , the new head of the House of Representatives , Rachid Talbi Alami, and the outgoing president, Karim Ghellab, and the Minister of Finance Mohamed Boussaid attended the opening of the symposium. According to the organizers” the deep analysis of the development of Moroccan economy and its rules of operation in recent years shows the unsustainability of this model, and therefore affirms the urgent need to opt for a new development model.”
