Morocco King Presides in Rabat the Allegiance Ceremony

Rabat – King Mohammed VI, Amir Al-Faithful presided on Friday afternoon at Mechouar of the Royal Palace in Rabat, the allegiance ceremony commemorating the 16th anniversary of the accession to the throne.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr Mohamed Assad, Minister of Interior and the walis and governors of the wilayas, prefectures and provinces of the Kingdom, and the walis and governors of the Central Administration of the Ministry, have pledged allegiance to Amir Al -Mouminine.

Afterwards, HM the King reviewed the delegations representing different regions, prefectures and provinces of the Kingdom came to renew their allegiance to Amir Al-Mu’minin. These are representatives from the different regions of teh kingdom.

This ceremony, which reflects the authenticity of the Moroccan people and its unwavering commitment to the glorious Alawite throne, ended with a burst of five guns, while the Sovereign responded to the cheers of the hands of representatives of different regions of the Kingdom.

This colorful ceremony, which crowns the festivities marking the 16th anniversary of the enthronement of HM King Mohammed VI, is the opportunity for the representatives of the sixteen regions of the Kingdom to reiterate their commitment to the august person of the Sovereign and serve, if necessary, that the link between the Throne and the people is deeply rooted in the history of this country and has always formed the basis of the Moroccan Nation and expression its supreme strength and sustainability.
