Morocco Arrested Woman Suspected of Connection with criminal network

Rabat – The prefectural department of the Judicial Police of the Rabat police headquarters arrested on Saturday a woman aged 27, suspected of connection with criminal network specialized in the scam, said the Directorate General of national Security (DGSN).

The arrest of the defendant follows an opinion issued by the Saudi diplomatic mission in Rabat, said Sunday DGNS in a statement, adding that the first elements of the investigation indicate that the questioning was busy under a criminal network that defrauds victims by claiming to provide them with employment contracts in the Gulf countries in exchange for money.

The inspection carried out inside the vehicle used by the defendant to the seizure of 31 Moroccans passports from several cities of the Kingdom and get hold of a copy of fake foreign employment contracts recorded on his laptop , stressed the DGNS.

The accused was placed in custody in connection with the ongoing investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor and research is ongoing to arrest the other partners in this matter, concluded DGNS.
