The Anti-Terrorism Chamber of Salé delivered Thursday, new prison sentences against four persons charged with terrorism. It imposed sentences ranging from eight months to two years in prison with a suspended sentence against the four defendants.
An accused has been sentenced to two years in prison with a suspended sentence for “constitution of a gang to prepare and commit terrorist acts in the framework of an individual project to seriously undermine public order”.
Two others, accused of being an apologist for terrorist acts, have been sentenced to two years in prison, eight months in prison and sixteen months in prison, suspended.
Moreover, the last defendant was sentenced to two years suspended. The latter was involved in an individual terrorist project to seriously undermine public order.
