Moroccan ministers had their enhanced security in their displacement and around their home after they were targeted by terrorist group threats. “At least three of these ministers” have benefited from armored cars on instructions from the king, reports the Arabic daily Akhbar Al Yaoum in its edition of Wednesday, April 1. This is Abdelilah Benkirane, the head of government, and Ministers of Interior and Justice Mohamed Assad and Mustapha Ramid.
The newspaper, citing government sources, said that Mustapha Ramid rolls for 8 months in an armored vehicle and is protected by three bodyguards while Mohamed Assad runs in a protected car for 6 months and has seen its reinforced protection residence.
The cars in question are manufactured by BMW in bulletproof and even some types of bombs, said the Arabic daily.
