He would be Bouloudo Khalid, who was sentenced in 2006 to five years in prison for having supported and funded GICM, the Moroccan Islamic Combatant Group, linked to Al Qaeda and that a cell is in Maaseik in Belgium.
He was arrested Friday in Belgium with three other candidates for Jihad. The man, now forty years old, was also involved in the Madrid bombings in 2004.
The Belgian federal prosecutor said the four were presented to a magistrate and remanded in custody.
