Meeting between the Moroccan and French justice ministers soon
The meeting is scheduled “this week” to discuss judicial cooperation between the two countries suspended since early 2014, announced Salaheddine Mezouar Tuesday.
“We hope that this meeting starts a resumption of diplomatic talks between the two parties,” said the head of the Moroccan diplomacy to the press, without specifying the place and date of the interview.
A meeting was scheduled in Paris last week between Mezouar and his French counterpart Laurent Fabius but canceled at the last minute, and had marked a new episode of a crisis that has lasted more than a year.
