The Head of Government condemned the terrorist attack against the headquarters of “Charlie Hebdo”

The head of government, Abdelilah Benkirane, denounced the terrorist attack that targeted the headquarters of “Charlie Hebdo” newspaper in Paris, and caused several casualties among journalists and employees.

In a message addressed to the French Prime Minister, Manuel Valls, the Head of Government said he was “outraged” by any criminal or terrorist act targeting French citizens, denouncing “this atrocious attack,” said a statement from the head of Government Department.

Mr. Benkirane, who expressed “total solidarity ‘with Mr. Valls and with the French people, said that Islam is a religion of coexistence, tolerance and peace and not a crime and religion revenge, congratulating him for his position rejecting any confusion between terrorism and Islam.

The Head of Government also asked Mr. Valls to convey his condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the French peace and security people as well as all the peoples of the planet.
