France Honors three Moroccan Women for their Work in Medicine, Sociology and Finance
France’s ambassador in Morocco, Jean-François Girault, handed on Tuesday evening prestigious distinctions to three Moroccan women: Nadia Bezad, a medical doctor, Soumaya Guessous, sociologist and Faouzia Zaaboul, treasury manager at the Finance and Economy ministry.
France wishes to honor personalities in recognition for services extended to cooperation and friendship between Morocco and France, said the French ambassador during a ceremony held in the presence of several Moroccan ministers and other figures.
“France is happy to honor the excellence of sharing for common causes: the cause of medicine, the fight against AIDS and the stability of international finances. This is what these three women embody”, he added.
